Beautyfor LT (groziui.lt) is a supplier of disposables, cosmetics, furniture and equipment for beauty salons, hairdressing salons and SPA centres. The company operates through 4 physical stores in Lithuania and a fast growing e-commerce channel. Increasing SKU volumes and multiple sales channels posed challenges: accurate inventory management, inefficient ordering processes and inaccurate forecasts.
